Hayward High Cheer Team Wins First Place In Competition

Hayward High Cheer has never disappointed in uplifting spirits at our home games. Cheering on our basketball players or our football stars, they always have the crowd in a roar as they perform their routines. Their choreography is truly a spectacle to behold, week after week. Recently they proved this in competition against all the Division’s other high school cheer teams. Using all their abilities so beloved throughout the athletic season such as stunts, choreographed dances, and spirit, they brought home the 1st place trophy, beating other top schools. This is and was a huge accomplishment for all the girls on the team. Captain and Senior Aliyah Parker said that it was good to finally know that her hard work for the team had paid off. Good job Hayward High Cheer!
