Hi and welcome to the Wellness Center! My office is located in K-10, along with Amber Keil, ASW and our Seneca Clinical Interns. Currently the Wellness Center is closed and all therapeutic services are being offered remotely.

I am a full time therapist with Seneca Family of Agencies - Mosaic Outpatient Program and I work with Medi-Cal eligible students and families for free and confidential individual, family and group therapy.

I am also available for crisis support.

Some of the issues I have experience with are the following:

Why Seek Therapy?

Adolescents struggle with complex issues such as depression, anxiety, social pressures, academic stress, community violence, juvenile justice and low self-esteem.  Therapy addresses personal and social issues to reduce anxiety and distractions that get in the way of learning.  

Our ultimate goals are to support your child’s academic success and personal growth.

 

Mental Health Services Offered

~Individual or Group Therapy

One-to-one or group therapy sessions, typically once a week. These services are Confidential.

~Family Therapy

It may be recommended that one or more family members are included in sessions with the student, typically on a regular basis.

~Case Management

I may provide students and families with one-to-one meetings, outside referrals, goal-setting and coordinating services.

~Crisis Intervention

Immediate individual support for unexpected situations interfering with personal, social, or academic functioning. Available to all Hayward High students, regardless of eligibility.
