Hello Hayward High Farmers!!!! I am excited to be back at Hayward High! We have faced many challenges over the last few years, but I am here to tell you, the resiliency  of our school community is unmatched!! Coordination of Services Team (COST) is a multidisciplinary group of school staff and community partners who meet regularly to review referrals and discuss students’ strengths and supports needed. The team develops a plan for connecting the student/family to appropriate services, then monitors the success of service connection and interventions giving opportunity to tailor interventions over time.

COST Supports:

• Students who are experiencing challenges in academia.

• Students who are expressing concerning behavior(s) either in the classroom and/ at home.

• Students & families needing support with basic needs, home environment, health concerns, etc.

• Students & families facing traumatic events, transitional hardships, change in family dynamics, etc.
